一、中文品名：一水硫酸锰食品级；英文名：MANGANESE SULFATE MONOHYDRATE二、分子式：MnSO4•H2O三、分子量：169.02四、CAS：7785-87-7五、性能：浅粉红色单斜晶系粗晶体。无臭。相对密度2.95。加热到200℃以上时开始失去结晶水，约在280℃时大部分结晶水失去，至700℃时成无水盐熔融物；800℃时开始分解，残留黑色的不溶性Mn3O4，约在1150℃完全分解。易溶于水，不溶于乙醇。六、用途：营养增补剂（锰强化剂）。七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套塑料编织袋，每袋25Kg。八、贮存与运输：应贮在干燥，通风清洁的库房中，轻装轻放，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离堆放。
