全自动Leica VT1200S振动切片机设计用于满足神经学领域新鲜和固定组织切片的最高切片要求。

AnEpoxy-coatedmetalbuffertray,whichishighlyconductive,ispartofthestandardconfiguration.Anautoclavableplasticbuffertrayisavailableasanaccessory.Useoftheplastictraypreventsthepresenceofmetalionsinthebuffer,whichcanhaveanegativeeffectonthespecimens.Forbothtrays,aplasticcoverisavailabletoavoiddilutionofthebufferbycrushedice.Bothtraysareconvenientlykeptinplacebymagnets.

TheverticaldeflectionofthebladecanbemeasuredbyLeica’sVibrocheck™measurementdevice.Bothverticaldeflection(inμm)androtationdirectionoftheadjustmentscrewaredisplayedontheseparate,foil-protectedcontrolpanel.Theadjustmentscrewonthebladeholderallowsreductionoftheverticaldeflectiontobelow1μm,whichsignificantlyincreasesthenumberofviablecells.
