食品留样制度落实是否到位，直接影响到食品安全事故的检测结果。此次督查组发现，超过半数学校食堂存在食品留样不规范，其中安徽工业大学第四餐厅食堂、滁州学院食堂、亳州二中等9家学校食堂食品留样均不足100克。芜湖市育红幼儿园、淮南特教学校食堂则留样不完整，只对菜品进行了留样，没有对米饭等主食或者汤类进行留样。而亳州市丰水源幼儿园、和县二中等学校的食堂食品留样盒未能做到密封保存、没有独立设置食品留样冰柜。
