   1.AnnualReview-An evaluation,conducted atleast annually,that assesses the quality standards of eachdrug product to determine the need for changes in drug product specificationsor manufacturing or control procedures.

  2.CAPA-Corrective andpreventive action:A systematicapproach that includes actions needed to correct (“correction”), preventrecurrence (“corrective action”),and eliminatethe cause of potential nonconforming product and other quality problems(preventive action) (21CFR 820.100).
