 凯睿达振动提升机是一种新型的垂直振动输送设备,广泛应用于冶金、煤炭、化工、建材、粮食、机械、、食品等行业。用于粉状、颗粒状物料的垂直提升作业,也可对物料进行干燥、冷却作业。
特 点:  以振动电机作为激振源,与其它类型的输送机、斗式提升机等相比具有以下特点:(1)占地面积小,便于工艺布置。(2)节约电能,料槽磨损小。(3)噪音低,结构简单,安装、维修便利。(4)物料可向上输送,亦可向下输送。 结构与工作原理:  振动提升机的驱动装置振动电机安装在输送塔下部,两台振动电机对称交叉安装,输送塔由管体和焊接在管体周围的螺旋输送槽组成,输送塔座于减振装置上,减振装置由底座和隔振弹簧组成。  当垂直输送机工作时,根据双振动电机自同步原理,由振动电机产生激振力,强迫整个输送塔体作水平圆运动和向上垂直运动的空间复合振动,螺旋槽内的物料则受输送槽的作用,作匀速抛掷圆运动,沿输送槽体向上运动,从而完成物料的向上(或向下)输送作业。 Vibrating Elevator is designed to convey bulk material by ways of vertical vibrating.It is widely used in the field of metallurgy industry,coal industry,chemical fiber industy,construction industry,grain industry,machinery industry,pharmaceutical industry,food industry,etc.Properties:                                                                                                                              Using the vibration motor as vibration source,and compared with other types of conveyor,bucket elevator,etc.it has the following properties:(1) need small space, easy to layout the process. (2) save energy, tiny trough abrasion. (3) low noise, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance. (4) upward and downward transport of materials are both available. Structure and Working Principle:The vibration motor of vibrating elevator is installed at the leg of conveying tower;two motor in cross-symmetric position;the transmission tower is combined by tube and the screw conveyor trough welded around;the conveying tower is based on the shock absorbing device which contains the foundation and the isolation spring.When the vertical conveyor work, under the self-synchronous principle of dual vibration motors, the vibration force generated by the motor will force the conveying tower to vibrate at both the level-round direction and upward circular direction;and the material will go for uniform circular motion following the spiral groove dut to the role of the conveying trough,thus completing the material up (or down) conveying operation.
